Stukuhusid opened up for business the 1 st of June 2012 and is well located in the center of town, close to the swimming-pool
There is a great view over the fjord from the terrace, and there is always the possibility that whales will make an apperance.

On the menu there is soup/the speciality of the day and freshly baked bread. Also salad, panini and assortment of light dishes. All baked goods are of course homemade and we utilize what the nature of the Westfjords has to offer, such as jam made from rhubarb, and fresh berries are used in several dishes.

All days there is a choice of fresh fish of the day or fillet of lamb or ribeye with roasted potatoes, vegetables and pepper/bernaise sauce.  For starters you have a choice of salmon or our delicious soup of the day.

We are also proud to offer chocolates made from our own recipie which can be enjoyed with fresh coffie.

Access

There is a ramp to the restaurant and down to the lower sundeck. The threshold into the place is quite high compared to standards, and a person in a wheelchair needs help to cross it. It is in the process of being fixed. It is served to the table on the restaurant.
